MediCor Year-end Revenue Hits $26.9 Million

(OTCBB: MDCR), the no. 3 manufacturer and distributor of breast implants, reported record revenues of $26.9 million for the year ended June 30, 2005, an increase of $25.5 million compared to the previous year when MediCor reported only $1.

4 million in revenues.Even though MediCor had record sales, it still lost $10 million for the year. But that was an improvement of the prior year when the Las Vegas-based company reported $15 million in losses.MediCor achieved growth through the acquisition of Eurosilicone SAS in July 2004 and on a pro forma basis, assuming the acquisition of Eurosilicone occurred on July 1, 2003, revenues for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005 were $26.

9 million versus $22.6 million in the prior year, an increase of 19%.MediCor plans to continue its acquisition stratregy asit disclosed on Sept. 13th that it was intending to acquire British breast implant manufacturer Biosil Limited and supplier Nagor Limited for cash and stock, which will increase the Company's share of the market for breast implants outside the U.

S. to approximately 30%.MediCor's CEOTheodore Maloney said, "Fiscal year 2005 was a year in which our global strategy to grow our business rapidly to meaningful scale really began to take shape." Maloney was referring to the acquisition of Eurosilicone SAS, calling it a "milestone".

He went on to say, "the Biosil and Nagor acquisitions will be the second of those milestones."Shares of MediCore closed Wednesday at $3.80, up 35 cents, or 10%.
